Settlement Health is a community health center aiming to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, culturally sensitive, and accessible primary healthcare and associated services to East Harlem and surrounding neighborhoods, regardless of capacity to pay. We are proud to lead the charge to stop the history of noisy, crowded ‘clinics’ with lengthy waits as our community’s only healthcare alternative. Settlement Health employs nearly 100 people, including skilled physicians, nurse practitioners, and certified nurse midwives.
