ProDentalFX, L.L.C. is the private dental practice of Dr. Marra Alcantara, D.D.S., situated in Jersey City, New Jersey. Her philosophy is that a healthy smile will lead to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Her primary focus is caring and providing high-quality dental treatment and education for patients. With a computer in every operating room, a cone beam C.T. scanner on-site and an intraoral camera, Dr. Alcantara takes the time to explain to each patient their dental concerns and treatment options. She had 12 years of experience as a teacher prior to her move into dentistry. Dr. Alcantara earned her dental degree in 2007 at the New York University College of Dentistry. She then went on to further education through the V.A. Hospital at Lyons in East Orange, New Jersey. She was an associate dentist prior to launching ProDentalFX in 2013. She is proficient in preventive and restorative dental, periodontal and esthetic dentistry. She is also a 2022 Gold Provider for Invisalign.
