Since the mid-80s, Miguel Carranza, head chef and owner of the restaurant, has worked in the city’s most prestigious kitchens. Together with his two kids and wife, the Carranza family has now set up their kitchen! Two locations are available, with two in Sicklerville and Sewell; Tuscan is closer to home than ever.
