Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen makes fresh, home-cooked food, excellent beverages and unforgettable desserts. We wanted to create a menu that is familiar but rare. We wanted a vibrant restaurant that had a distinctive bar and patio. We wanted to be part of the prestigious group of independent local restaurateurs that make a community unique. We asked our friend and famous Texas chef Damian Mandola to help design our menu. We believe that it was due to inspiration, but it could also be because we were causing him annoyance. We collaborated closely with Chef Michael and his staff on Trattoria Lisina in Driftwood, Texas. Damian and his partner Trina have designed one of the best eateries in Texas in the tiny Hill Country town 25 miles from Austin. Trattoria Lisina is a stunning location, with the restaurant looking out over an estate vineyard. It’s like being on an estate in Tuscany. If you like the flavour of our food, Please thank them.
