Who we are?
One hundred years since the last whiskey distillery in Manhattan closed its doors, Great Jones Distilling Co. is bringing this legendary spirit back into New York City. Big Apple. Our location at 686 Broadway in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan is a testament to the rich heritage of the Prohibition era in New York and a celebration of past and present whiskey.
A spirit that is rooted in New York drives everything we do. We use 100% New York-sourced ingredients in our whiskeys that are made with craft, which motivates us to create experiences that reflect the best of our city. If you’re visiting our distillery, drinking a handcrafted cocktail, or enjoying a local-sourced dining experience in our restaurant, we’re part of an ancient New York tradition, reborn.
We get our grain directly from Warwick Valley, NY. Black Dirt region in Warwick Valley, NY, where the climate, air, and fertile soil create distinct flavors to the ingredients.
